Dear Campus Community,
The worst of the weather impacts from Hurricane Ian have moved past the Charleston region. However, certain areas of our campus and surrounding community remain flooded and have damage from today’s weather. Please use caution when moving about.
Campus will resume normal operations at 8 a.m. tomorrow, Saturday October 1. This includes the Addlestone Library, which will have normal weekend hours starting tomorrow at 10 a.m. The Stern Student Center will remain closed until Monday morning.
Liberty St. Fresh Food Co. is open until 7 p.m. and will serve all students, with or without a meal plan, for the remainder of today, September 30. City Bistro will open tomorrow, Saturday, October 1. Please continue to check the Dining Updates page for all location hours.
If you observe any damage to College facilities, please submit a work order to Facilities Management as soon as possible by phone at 843.953.5550 or via email at facilitiessupport@cofc.edu. With the work order, please note that the damage appears storm-related to help prioritize the response.
Overall, campus fared well during the storm, and work crews will be working over the weekend to remove remaining storm debris.
