Timely Warning: Off-Campus Sexual Assault/Fondling

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act, the Department of Public Safety is informing the College of Charleston campus community of an off-campus Sexual Assault/Fondling

Date of offense:  04/26/2022

Time of offense: 3:30 PM

Reported to: Charleston Police Department

Location: Area of King St. and Calhoun St., Charleston, SC

Suspect status: At large; suspect walked north on King St.

Suspect Description: Male suspect late teens, early 20s

Incident Description: Victim was walking on King St. when a suspect grabbed the victim on the buttocks and continued to walk past.
